When this visa applies
- Employment or services contract with a person/company in Colombia.
- Role and salary consistent with the foreigner’s profile.
- Company actually able to sponsor the filing.
- The foreigner is in regular status if already in Colombia.
What we review before you pay government fees
- Contract draft: term, duties, pay.
- Employer corporate documents when needed.
- Passport, CV and experience evidence.
- Dependents who will join the principal.
- Plan B if the contract does not support the chosen class.
Costly mistakes we stop
- Starting work on a tourist visa “in the meantime”.
- A generic contract that does not describe real duties.
- Confusing this with a digital-nomad (remote-for-abroad) visa.
- Missing apostilles on foreign diplomas or police records.
